We’re always looking for new ways to improve employee experience at FLEETCOR – whether that’s for existing employees, or candidates applying for one of our vacancies in Europe, Australia or New Zealand. Investing in the right technology is one of the ways we’re bringing employee and candidate feedback to life.
Investing in a new candidate ATS
This year, we’re pleased to announce that our latest ATS (Applicant Tracking System) TribePad has gone live. The system is set to significantly improve how we can interact with candidates, as well as keep up to date with the numerous job applications we receive each week.
Before making the switch to TribePad, our recruitment teams explored a number of solutions, taking into consideration the needs of our candidates, hiring managers and recruitment teams.
“Before TribePad, our recruitment process was almost entirely manual. This meant there were often hard to follow email trails and a lot of duplication. Now, candidates can easily view all available roles for their preferred business area in one place. They can even choose when they come in for an interview, without having to check in and wait for a recruiter to schedule this for them! Streamlining the application process
The new system is also set to significantly improve how our hiring managers can advertise their vacancies, as TribePad removes the need to share recruitment forms with multiple stakeholders to approve. Now that the process is automated, our hiring managers will be able to easily advertise a vacancy with a few simple clicks.
